has been viciously making up FAKE stories about her and every attorney she deals with. He has been impersonating Nevine/Nina Carmelle/Tadrous online. NONE of these FALSE statements were true.

Nevine Carmelle filed Police report about the BOGUS false statements online. Irvine police investigated the matter and issued search warrant to this website and others as well.

Irvine Police was able to trace all the IP addresses of all FALSE negative reviews upon Nevine Carmelle to her scorn obsessed ex Steven Sears' building and to his own computers. Irvine Police arrested Steven Sears on September 18, 2013 for FALSE postings online upon Nevine Carmelle. See Steven Sears arrest pictures attached.

Currently Orange County District Attorney is prosecuting Steven Sears criminally for what he had done to Nevine/Nina Carmelle/Tadrous.

the the KING OF FRAUD got what he had coming. STEVEN SEARS- SEARSATTY.COM DISBARRED/ Arrested got criminally convicted and thrown out of his DEN OF THIEVES at 18 Truman in Irvine. Not that he didn't go out screaming. the sheriff had to drag him out yelling about lawsuits and all her garbage about revenge against his Beautiful Ex who walked out on him and told him to F* off. Check out "Eight is Enough" an articles about his *** who continue living with him as long as he pays. Anyway, It was quite a scene and luckily we got it on VDO and will post it on youtube.

The office with its purple carpet look more like a wh##re house where he F* around with more Wh**res like Yvonne Tran, Tracy Phan, Yasmin Wan, Gladys Bazan, Gloria Lee, Michelle Sears, Nicole Sears, Peter Sears, Kevin Sears, Norma/Cindy Hoskings/Meekers whatever her name is that day according to her BIG SCAMMER boss tell her, so she can get her money, that a law office. In the back was a private pink room with *** dvds and pictures of the him-man in various positions with here paramour disbarred attorney Steven Sears. you could see the white semen stains on the purple carpet.

We spoke with the neighbors and they confirmed that men and women (men in drag) would come all hours of the evening till 2am to be serviced by the KING OF FRAUD. Irvine will be alot safer and cleaner place without the disgusting team of liars and thieves with Yvonne Tran, Tracy Pham, Lynn Nguyen, Gloria Lee, also out of commission. But, as usual they are probably looking for new digs to continue their fraudulent loan scams.

Please post any news of their whereabouts so they can be served with the order from dept of real estate . I personally saw Steven Sears-Searsatty.com, Corpadvisors.com, Legal Advisors Inc. ARRESTED and hauled away by the black SUV's and the Federal agents. It was an amazing sight. The flashing lights and his pink tie yelling about lawsuits and resterning orders. He was mouthing off that he was going to call the police; but they were the police arresting him a putting his big fat a## in jail.

It sure is quiet here on Truman without his tramping around like a cheap h@@ker looking to turn tricks in an office complex.

This Disbarred attorney Corpadvisor.com, Searsatty.com, Legal Advisors Inc., Company Formation Services Inc. fraud didn't even pay child support since his own child was born. He cant even see his child without a court order.

The disbarred attorney Steven Sears the father of Nevine/ Nina Carmelle's child. Check out "Eight is Enough. He must be laughing now that Yvonne Tran claiming his (four kids-who knows) Michelle Sears, Nicole Sears, Peter Sears & Kevin Sears are his and living with him and the other women at 21 Chester in Irvine. Another **** lives with him Gladys Bazan, and who knows those kids are living with as long as he pays with Natalie Sears & Daniel Sears at 23 E. Entrada in Irvine. Gloria Lee and another kid who know their kid or who is the mom was a an egg from the philipine as purchased live with Ryan Sears in 12 Sutton in Irvine. He was so pi$$ed off when he found out his son was not his, but the father was Norma Hoskins' husband or Yvonne Tran's barbar by the name of Tran. Came in on a boat eating fishheads. Gladys Bazan came here illegally just like his Yvonne Tran did 10 years ago. They were a nice couple both illegal aliens.

Steven Sears, Disbarred Attorney and discredited ex-real estate broker (his real estate license was revoked) works out of 18 Truman In Irvine, was arrested by the Irvine Police Department, hauled away and thrown in Jail, crying and moaning that he would never defraud anyone again.

Steven Sears was criminally convicted and served time in Orange county Superior Court Case number 05F13255 (data available on line).

As long as he pays the bills, Yvonne will continue sleeping with him and others. Yvonne Tran and Steven Sears are committing child support fraud. Steven Sears, disbarred attorney, after his arrest and after conviction of criminal charges and spending some time in Jail claims that he is on welfare and food stamps in an attempt to avoid paying his debts.

Steven Sears, disbarred attorney and convicted criminal, also lives with Gladys Bazan, another street-walker (not his wife either) and their (presumably) children Daniel Sears and Natalie Sears in 23 E. Entrada in Irvine. They are committing child support fraud. As long as Sears pays the bills Gladys Bazan continues sleeping with him and others.
